The Villa

Luxurious in style, the villa has a lovely infinity pool, offering stunning uninterrupted sea views across the Ionian Sea to Ithaca. Guests can relax in tranquil surroundings and lounge in beautifully appointed rooms of high aesthetics, gazing at the open sea - sunrise will be worth getting up early for during your stay, at least once.

Based up an 800 metres private drive the villa offers easy access to the village of Agia Efimia, a traditional Greek village with bustling taverns and yachts that moor up in the late afternoon. Lovely beach 15 minute's walk from the villa. It sleeps 6 people.

A very comfortable house since all 3 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) situated on the ground floor, together with Kitchen and Living room. No stairs to climb up

The villa has air conditioning throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We also provide our local wine robola and local olive oil.
Outside there is a large private infinity pool with sun loungers and a built-in BBQ on the patio.
