This brand new villa was just finished in July of 2020 and completed with the highest standards. Ideal for families, friends, or couples can comfortably host 6 persons.

Luxurious in style, the villa has a lovely infinity pool, offering stunning uninterrupted sea views across the Ionian Sea to Ithaca. Guests can relax in tranquil surroundings and lounge in beautifully appointed rooms of high aesthetics, gazing at the open sea – sunrise will be worth getting up early for during your stay, at least once.

Based up an 800 metres private drive the villa offers easy access to the village of Agia Efimia, a traditional Greek village with bustling taverns and yachts that moor up in the late afternoon. Lovely beach 15 minute’s walk from the villa. It sleeps 6 people.
